DESIGN PROCESS

1

fIRST MEETING

This initial consultation is a chance to meet you and view your garden. The aim is to create an initial brief and find out what you would like to get out of your space.
2

SITE SURVEY

Depending on site and project, advice will be given on whether the survey can be undertaken in-house or a professional landscape surveyor will be required. This is an essential stage that accurately accounts for level changes, existing structures and services which could influence the design and construction.
3

DESIGN CONCEPTS

A proposal is produced which includes two layout ideas for your garden with supporting precedent images to illustrate how the garden will look. This document will also include outline ideas about planting, furniture and lighting.
4

DETAILED DESIGN & COSTING

Detailed construction drawings, planting plans, schedules and specifications will be drawn up so that we can begin sourcing the right plants and materials for your project.
5

THE BUILD

Once the build is underway, project monitoring begins. This involves pre-arranged site visits from ourselves to monitor quality and progress of works.
6

MAINTENANCE

We recommended regular maintenance to ensure the garden is kept in the best possible condition. We can suggest gardeners to work with and put together a schedule of maintenance to fit your needs.
